Parker air brake tubing are engineered for brake system connections that maintain a constant relationship between couplings during vehicle operation. They are manufactured from nylon and are available in more than ten colors for quick recognition of lines. These tubings maintain extended dimensional integrity and operate up to 200 degrees F. Air brake tubings are designed for use in conjunction with brake systems to help maintain the fixed position of couplings during vehicle operation. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of air brake tubings from brands like Parker, Velvac and Synflex. Parker tubings are made of nylon and are offered in more than ten color options for quick and easy identification of lines. They are primarily classified under two categories: Type A (single-wall extruded nylon) and Type B (nylon core, fibre reinforcement, nylon jacket) tubings that are designed in accordance with SAE standards. Also, these tubings are 100 % pressure tested and capable of handling temperatures up to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Air brake tubings from Synflex offer superior abrasion resistance and outperforms rubber and Nylon11 tubings which in turn provides a better service life in harsh working conditions. The unique construction of Synflex Eclipse tubings promote burr-free cuts and facilitate improved installation using either push-to-connect or compression fittings. They are accustomed to experiencing higher temperatures in comparison to traditional nylon tubings (-65 degrees F to 200 degrees F).
