Air Cleaner Filters

Dayton HEPA filters are used to capture airborne particles such as smoke, welding fumes, solder fumes, dust and sanding or grinding particles. They are available in filter efficiency ratings ranging from 0.9970 to 0.9997.

Dayton TiO2 air cleaner filters are designed for eliminating dust, mold, pollen, bacteria and other contaminants from the air for a cleaner environment. These replacement filters feature titanium dioxide (TiO) media for efficiently destroying airborne particles, preventing breathing issues like asthma or allergies. Their multistage filtration employs a prefilter to remove large particles and carbon filters to remove odour. Selected models (ESP) feature washable collection plates for capturing fungi, dust, mildew & plant spores and can be easily washed and reused. Dayton TiO2 and carbon filters are ideal for attracting particulate matter and removing odour from the surroundings to provide clean and fresh indoor air. Dayton HEPA carbon filters are designed to capture particles of sizes as small as 2.5 pm. These activated carbon filters trap odors and gases, as well as volatile organic compounds. They are available in 1.25, 1.5, 5.5 and 12 inch nominal height options.

Dayton prefilters are used to capture dust, fungi, lint, mildew, plant spores, pollen and smoke particles. Photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) filters use UV radiation and titanium dioxide media to knock down bacteria, mold and virus. Choose from a range of these prefilters available in 25 to 30%, 30 to 35% and 80 to 85% filter efficiency options.

Dayton replacement HEPA and carbon filters are used for removing particulates and odour from indoor environments. These replacement filters ensure good quality air by eliminating airborne particles up to 99.97 percent and prevent the risk of developing respiratory ailments for individuals. HEPA filters can be washed and reused for effective filtration and must be replaced every 12 months for better performance.
