These inexpensive profiles feature aluminium construction that provides a high strength-to-weight ratio for enhanced modularity & resilience and a clear / black anodized layer coating for complete prevention against any oxidation, while retaining the original matte finish. The T-slotted aluminium extrusions from 80/20 feature a 2-degree drop lock design that prevents the vibration from radiating into the body cross-sections, thereby ensuring better structural rigidity. These aluminium extrusions are offered in double channel, smooth t-slotted, square, grooved t-slotted and single twin flanged variants, on Raptor Supplies.

Working Mechanism
