Hydro Vacuum ZHVe Series booster pump systems are used in conjunction with other pumps to increase the pressure of existing fluid flow systems and in applications having low waste contamination. These units are equipped with microprocessor regulators to allow smooth start-up, preventing a sudden increase of water pressure. Working Mechanism

When a fluid is forced through a pipe or other type of conduit, the pressure of the fluid increases.
By increasing the pressure of the fluid, the booster pump is able to increase the flow rate of the fluid. This is accomplished through the use of a motor, which drives a impeller or other type of rotary device that generates the necessary pressure.
The fluid is drawn into the pump through an inlet port, and is then discharged through an outlet port at a higher pressure.
