Inlet filtration units featuring a fully drawn weatherhood to protect compressors, blowers or fans from atmospheric dirt and debris. Selected models come with a tubular silencer to maximise attenuation and reduce noise levels.
Solberg FS / PS Series inlet filters / silencers are designed for reducing the noise levels and filtering out the contaminants, on the inlet of blowers & compressors. These units feature a tabular silencing design along with a unique hockey puck type filter element that maximises noise attenuation and airflow, while reducing the pressure drop. The PS Series models feature a snap-on design for quick maintenance services and are available in carbon steel, glass reinforced nylon and plastic housing options, with noise reduction ratings (NRR) within a range of 5 to 15 dB on Raptor Supplies.

Solberg FS Series filter silencers are used to maintain the cleanliness of the intake air, contributing to improved equipment performance and reducing maintenance requirements in compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other machinery with air intake systems. These FS Series filter silencers are available in both threaded and flange connection options for easy installation and secure attachment with different air intake systems and equipment. They are engineered to effectively reduce noise levels while maintaining excellent airflow. These silencers allow a maximum flow rate of 4700 CFM.
