Includes polypropylene made blind flanges, caps, couplings, crosses, elbows, nipples, plugs, reducing bushings, reducing nipples and tees. Selected models (cross) feature female thread fittings for establishing multiple leakage-free connections with a maximum pressure rating of 150 PSI
Class 150 Banjo flanges are made of polypropylene and used to create tamperproof and hermetically sealed systems for safe acid drainage. They can withstand a maximum pressure of 150 psi and work at temperatures ranging from -20 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This Banjo hardware has 4 / 8 holes to ensure secure connection and prevent any kind of leakage through the pipes. These flanges work best when the joints connected to them do not contain any metal. This prevents electrolysis, which can otherwise subsequently lead to corrosion.
