Fan Shutters
Dayton fan shutters are used with belt or direct driven exhaust fans for preventing air backflow for building ventilation operations. These shutters are ideal for chemical plants, poultry processing & refining facilities and feature heavy duty fibreglass / aluminium blades for protection against harsh environments. They have a pre punched galvanised steel / aluminium / fibreglass frame for ensuring long term durability and ease of installation. Selected models come with galvanised reinforcement strips on blades for providing counter balancing during operation. Choose from a broad range of these fan shutters, available in horizontal & vertical mounting designs.

Dayton exhaust shutters are suitable for installation on vents for preventing air backflow from exhaust fans. These shutters feature gravity-operated blades for automatically closing & keeping the shutter in shutoff position when the fan is in switched off state. Selected models feature flush mount design for preventing dust & debris from entering the vent and galvanised steel construction for high abrasion resistance. Dayton ceiling shutters are sung fit onto the ceiling opening for use with whole house fans. These shutters feature aluminium blades with a delt seal on the leading edge for quiet operation and have tie rods on each end to assure a uniform opening when positive air pressure is applied to properly ventilate the facility. They have galvanised steel construction and come with pre-punched mounting holes for ease in installation. Ceiling Shutter
Dayton ceiling shutters are placed securely in the ceiling opening just below the whole house fan units. These shutters feature an aluminium flanged frame and white-painted blades with a galvanised reinforcement strip for added strength and counter balancing efficiency. They utilise tie rods, on both ends of the blades, for uniform opening when the fan is ventilating the building. These units are recommended for horizontal-mount exhausts and are available in 26, 30.75, 32, 35, 36, 37.75 and 44 inch lengths.

Ventilation shutters seal off backdrafts in ducts, when the fan is not operating. They are gravity operated, i.e. they fall down on their own when used. Raptor Supplies offers exhaust, PVC, intake, gable, ceiling & supply shutters from Dayton, Americraft, Airmaster Fan and Vulcan Hart. They can be mounted on wall ducts and ceiling openings. Ceiling shutters feature tie rods on each side to uniformly open the ventilation duct when fans are operating. They have white coloured, galvanised steel louvres with felted edges to intake or exhaust air easily. Choose from a wide range of these shutters, available in galvanised steel, aluminium, PVC and fibreglass frame variants.
