Raptor Supplies offers industrial parts and tools from prestigious Japanese brands like Hakko and NTN. We supply various high-quality products, spares and consumables across 33 product categories covering all major Japanese industrial brands.

How can I find a product on Raptor Supplies?

Use the search bar to look for a specific item by item name or part number. You can also use the Categories or Brands link in the upper left-hand corner to find the items you are looking for. Further, you can narrow your results by using the filters on the left side of the page.

How do I place an order?

The simplest way to place an order is to look up the item code on our website and then complete your order online. Alternatively, if you don't find the part number on our website, you can send us an RFQ via e-mail / chat for any item you need.

Once you have received our formal quotation, you can

  • Send a Purchase Order that reflects the pricing offered or
  • Simply respond via Phone / Email that you wish to proceed with the quote offered.

Raptor Supplies will then send you a Proforma Invoice for payment or offer you NET30 payment terms, subject to credit approval.

Do you sell to individuals?

Raptor Supplies sells primarily to business customers who need delivery of items they cannot buy locally. If you are an individual interested in receiving a quote, we entertain such requests on a case-by-case basis.

How can I calculate the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order. You can estimate the shipping cost by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted on Raptor Supplies?

We accept bank transfers in USD or SGD. We also accept payment in some local currencies via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or PayPal.

Delivery

Which products are excluded from air shipping?

Magnetic items, hazardous greases / fluids and items longer than 10 feet are among the few products for which we don’t offer air transport. Also, we prefer shipping products containing engines via sea freight.

  • Magnetic items, such as rare earth or ceramic magnets, can interfere with aircraft, so are not offered for sale.
  • Greases or fluids classified as hazardous for air transport are also not available for sale. To check if we can offer a grease or fluid item, check the MSDS for the product. If Section 14 of the document under the IATA section lists “Not Regulated for Transport”, then we can offer a quote.
  • Long items greater than 10 feet are problematic as couriers cannot ship these lengths and would then require shipment via sea freight.
  • Lastly, items with engines can be problematic to quote as we would need to confirm if they ship with any hydraulic fluids or oil / grease. This would require us to confirm the hazmat status of each fluid in an engine via an MSDS. We would be able to offer a sea freight quote for items containing engines.

What is your return / cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order prior to shipment for a full refund. Orders that have shipped can be returned within 15 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order, goods must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. We also reserve the right to charge a 20 percent restocking fee for any return and freight charges are non-refundable.

Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?

We do our best to accommodate specific delivery date requests. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your needs and we will work with you to arrange the delivery accordingly.
