Ampco's fibreglass handles are designed for controlling vibrations and offering a comfortable grip. The super grip (SG) helps absorb shock that may otherwise cause strain and muscular fatigue during prolonged operation.
A fibreglass handle is more rigid and has a higher shelf life than a wooden handle, and is unaffected by fungus, termites or dry rot.
The yellow handle of these sledge hammers makes them easy to identify if dropped or misplaced.
