Dayton general purpose split-phase motors are designed for low-to-medium-torque applications, such as for blowers, fans and small conveyors where gradual speed build up is required. Their totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure in rolled steel NEMA frame features a continuous duty motor with multiple speed settings for desired operation. The Class F insulation ensures operation in high temperature environment. They are equipped with ball bearings for smooth delivery while shaft can rotate in both clockwise and counter clockwise direction.
