Belt Drive Exhaust Fans W/ Motor & Drive Package

Dayton standard duty exhaust fans ensure proper ventilation in industrial and commercial facilities. These 6-blade, galvanised steel propellers move large air volumes at low static pressures (0.125 inches or less) to reduce sound levels and have sealed / regreasable pillow block bearings for smooth operation. They come with totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) enclosures that has an external fan mounted to the shaft to cool the motor frame. These units feature variable pitch, an adjustable motor pulley that allows fan speeds and CFM to optimise the fan's performance. The complete assembly includes the motor, belt, bushings and sheaves (packed separately) and can be easily mounted in either horizontal or vertical position. Choose from an extensive range of these exhaust fans, available in 3/4, 1 and 5/4 inch bearing sizes.

  • These 6-blade exhaust fans produce exhaust airflow ranging from 7069 to 31442 cfm at 0.00-inch static pressure while reducing generated noise.

  • These exhaust fans are available in fan diameters ranging from 20 to 48 inches.

  • Dayton Wall Shutters: These aluminium or fibreglass wall shutters are used with Dayton exhaust fans for weather protection and flow direction control.
  • Dayton 1WBU6 Fan Guards: These OSHA-compliant fan guards are used to protect personnel when a exhaust fan is installed within a working distance of 8 feet.
