Frequently Asked Questions
Can spill pallets be stored outside?
Polyethylene spill pallets can be stored outside as they are resistant to rust issues. Ensure that the sumps are shielded from rainwater or regularly checked and drained so that the sump area is not compromised and left free to contain primary liquid stored on the pallet.
Is it safe to store hazardous chemicals on spill pallets?
It is safe to store most chemicals, including Class 6, 8 and 9 liquids. However, a small number of chemicals might react with polyethylene, hence must be checked before storing liquids on the pallet.
What is the use of removable flat-top grating?
Eagle spill pallets feature removable flat-top grating with an anti-skid diamond pattern to easily load and unload heavy drums / containers and protect them from dirt and debris.
