They can be connected with copper and aluminium conductors / wires. The ground wire can be of #8 to 1/0 STR SOL size. The conductor size depends on the wire type used. The copper wire size ranges from #14 to #2 STR SOL, whereas the aluminium wire size ranges from #12 to #2 SRT SOL.
