Working Mechanism

The working mechanism of these check valves is based on a spring-loaded poppet device.
When the fluid flows in the desired direction, it pushes the poppet valve open, allowing the fluid to pass through.
As the pressure decreases, the flow tries to move in the opposite direction or stops.
This causes the spring in the check valve to compress and seal the poppet valve, thus preventing the flow of fluid.

They feature a pilot-operated mechanism that allows the free flow of the medium from the inlet port through the outlet port.
They consist of a poppet which restricts or permits flow in the system and Buna-N seals for resistance to oils, chemicals and elevated temperatures.
They are made of aluminium to offer durability and corrosion resistance and can withstand temperatures ranging between -40 and 120 degrees Celsius.
