These Ron-Vik inline strainers should not be used in applications that experience pressure spikes or water hammers. The chemical compatibility of the components should be checked before operating or cleaning these units.
Ron-Vik inline strainers can withstand a maximum pressure of 100 psi at a maximum temperature of 125 degrees F and a maximum pressure of 150 psi at 70 degrees F.
The attached wire mesh elements can be directly cleaned or replaced by removing the bowl from the top without removing the entire unit from the line.
