Square D QJL Series circuit breakers are designed for installation in commercial and industrial electrical devices for protection against overcurrent and short circuit conditions. These units feature a thermal magnetic trip unit to provide both instantaneous and long-time current limiting protection. They come in a molded case which holds current-carrying components, trip devices and other mechanisms in a compact space. They deliver an interrupting capacity of 60kA / 100kA at 240V, with a maximum current rating of 225A. These circuit breakers are UL 489 listed, as well as CSA, ANCE and IEC certified. They come equipped with field-installable handle padlock for locking in On / Off position and are compatible with mechanical interlocks.
