Enerpac G2535L hydraulic pressure gauge is ideal for measuring pressure in hydraulic systems and is used in manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, automotive, hydraulic system maintenance and diagnostics applications. It is suitable for operations where precise pressure measurement plays a vital role in monitoring pressure in hydraulic machinery & pneumatic systems.
Working Mechanism:
- The pressure gauge is connected to a hydraulic system through a suitable connection point. As hydraulic pressure generates within the system, it transmits to the pressure gauge through the connected pathway.
- Inside the pressure gauge, a Bourdon tube is utilised as the pressure-sensing element. As hydraulic pressure enters the gauge, it causes the Bourdon tube to straighten or deform, proportional to the applied pressure.
- Then deformation of the Bourdon tube mechanically translates into a rotational movement via a linkage mechanism. This movement is then displayed on the dial face of the pressure gauge, indicating the pressure in PSI or bar units.
Features:
- Enerpac G2535L hydraulic pressure gauge features stainless steel construction with a glass lens for clear readings, impact strength & corrosion resistance.
- This Enerpac G2535L pressure gauge has glycerine-dampened pressure-sensing parts for long-term durability.
- It has a pressure equalising membrane & safety blow-out disk for accurate readings & user safety and dual scale readings in psi & bar for user convenience.
- This Enerpac hydraulic pressure gauge requires a gauge adapter for lower / bottom mount installation in hydraulic lines and has an accuracy of +/-1.5%.
