Krueger B-30-.75-SSR barrel level gauge is suitable for above-the-ground storage barrels for measuring liquid levels. This gauge is an essential volume metre that can be easily installed.

Working Mechanism:

• A vertical chamber that houses the gauge is filled with fluid from the barrel or vessel.
• The interface line between the liquid and the vapour in the chamber determines the fluid level in the chamber, which is equal to the fluid level in the barrel.

Q. How do you calibrate a level gauge?

• Open the level gauge housing.
• Find the screw and spin it using an Allen key.
• Depending on the offset you want, slowly rotate either clockwise or counter-clockwise.

A.

• Unscrew the lid of the barrel.
• Extend the level arm of the flow gauge.
• Slide the gauge tube inside the barrel and attach the float to the other end of the tube.
• Ensure that the tube is plumb / vertical and firmly hand-tighten the cap nut.
• Drill a hole in each of the security housing locations.
• Insert the security screws and tighten.
