A. Users should check the casters for any cracks, tears or significant wear. Then, they should push the crane unit for a short distance. All attached casters should be tightly fastened & remain in continuous contact with the ground. The casters should roll smoothly on surfaces without wobbling or skidding.
A. Casters attached to gantry cranes only support loads when stationary. They should not be moved during the lifting of loads.
