Attach the casters on the bottom side of the frame and insert the caster mounting plates.
Insert the carriage bolts through the bolt holes and secure them with lock nuts.
Locate the spring in each spring cup.
Join the deck to the frame.
The 2 J-shaped hinge brackets engage the hinge bar attached to the front end of the frame.
Slide the brackets into the bar and then slowly lower the deck.
The top of the springs must seat into the spring cups on the underside of the deck.
Insert the legs of the handle into the handle sockets of the frame.
Attach each log of the handle to its socket with a hex nut and a lock washer.
