Q. How to assemble this cart?

A.

• Rails should be installed on both sides of the deck, next to the side plates.
• 6 bolts (13105), 12 flat washers (33008) and 6 lock nuts are used to secure each rail to the deck (37024).
• Attach a flat washer to each bolt.
• Feed the bolt through a mounting bracket's bolt hole. A flat washer and a lock nut are used to secure the connection.
• Connect the remaining rails.
• The rail position must allow all loads applied to the cart to be evenly distributed across the deck's surface.
