Working Mechanism:
- Vise jaws are inserts that fit into a vise and grip the workpiece in metalworking, woodworking and manufacturing applications.
- Position the bottom of the template parallel to and 3/8 inches from the edge of the bench.
- With the template as flat as possible, mark the lug centerlines using a punch type tool.
- Remove the template, drill thru-marks (21/32 inch) for 5/8-inch bolts and mounts.
- The jaws secure the workpiece using a screw mechanism and move one jaw toward the other until they securely fasten upon the workpiece.
