Working Mechanism:
- Clean the workpiece where the lifting magnet will be installed and the bottom of the magnet of any debris.
Place the magnet in the centre of the workpiece. - After the magnet is in place, switch it to on / hold mode.
- To ensure strong holding force, change the load and slightly lift the piece. To ensure adequate load balance, lower the weight and move the magnet.
- Avoiding significant jarring or swinging of the load will help you transport the workpiece to its intended place.
- Move the load switch past the Off position to the drop / release position while holding for two to three seconds after placing the load over a solid surface.
- The magnet shouldn't be powered up until it makes contact with the following object to be lifted.
